Delete your Halo account

From the app (fastest)

Open Halo → Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. It takes effect immediately.

Without the app

Email dev.techbyt@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Halo account, from the email address you signed in with (or tell us that address). We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted, permanently: your sign-in, and everything stored in your account — your profile and birth details, saved charts, "Ask the Universe" conversations, Premium status, and chat usage counts.

What is not deleted

Data on your phone — charts, matches, sankalpa and journal entries saved in the app — stays on the phone until you delete it in the app or uninstall Halo. We cannot reach it.

A Premium subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Crash reports hold no account details and are removed automatically by Firebase after their retention period.
